Hey there, my name is Tanu and I am a passionate Lash and Brow Artist and owner of Lash Up Boo. I am dedicated to creating beautiful, customized lash and brow sets for each one of my clients while building lasting relationships with them. My passion is boosting people’s confidence through personalized beauty and ensuring my clients restore and maintain healthy lash growth. I aim to ensure my clients have clean, comfortable, and damage-free lash lines.
Initially, I earned a diploma in accounting, but it wasn’t aligned with my true career aspirations. Two things I have always been passionate about are making human connections as well as art, in almost any form. Recognizing this, I embarked on a journey into the beauty industry. My fascination with eyelash extensions was sparked after experiencing them firsthand. After watching a tutorial video on the process, my enthusiasm grew. I took my first course in August 2017 at the Lash Up Pro Academy in Edmonton. Subsequently, I pursued additional certifications, one by one, in Brow Lamination, Lash Lifting, Volume and Mega Volume Lash training, and Microblading.
Outside of work, my focus has been on caring for my three young children over the past three years. Our family loves mountain travel and daily walks with our 3.5-year-old Aussie doodle, Shiloh. While working from home has allowed me to be close to my kids, times change, and they grow up fast. For my own well-being, I’ve decided to return to the workforce. I’m excited about my new venture with The Beauty Bar, where Michelle, the owner, has been my hairstylist, client, and friend for years. Joining the team feels like a long-awaited opportunity, and I’m thrilled to be a part of it.

My name is Ange and I am a mom of two children 10 & 16. I love spending time with my family and friends as well as camping, singing (even though I can’t sing) dinner theaters and more. It has been my dream and passion to be a nail technician since I was in junior high.
I am certified gel nail technician. I also have worked hard to learn acrygel, which is the best of both worlds; gel and acrylic put together. I also am always working hard to learn new things and try new things. I also believe in quality not quantity. My goal is to make sure you leave happy and excited to show of your hands!
When you come see me you are not just sitting across from another nail technician, you are sitting across from someone who has a dream and passion and enjoys building friendships and strong relationships.
